Completely Safe for the Solo Lifter
With a simple twist of the wrist, the weight bar is “racked” into place. Adjustable Safety spotters are included to add that last extra measure of security.
The front and rear sliding mechanism is guided by the ø30 linear sliding unit for smooth movement and low noise.
The longitudinal sliding mechanism adopts ø30 bearing steel guide rail and matching linear bearing, which is sensitive and low noise.
The lower part of the hook is provided with a spring buffer to absorb the instantaneous impact force.
A pair of barbell hooks and a pair of barbell bumpers for traditional squat rack function Smith's training position grip can move freely back and forth, and the protection hook moves synchronously with the grip, providing protection during training.
